The NBCE offers tests at chiropractic colleges throughout the United States.
Test Site Designations
The NBCE reserves the right to relocate a test site and to determine final test site assignments. Each test site is limited in the number of applicants it can accept. Therefore, the NBCE recommends that applications be submitted early; otherwise, applicants might find their first choice for a test site full and unavailable if they register too close to the deadline.
Due to the complex scheduling required for this examination, the NBCE cannot accept test site change requests from Part IV examinees.
If an applicant’s first test site choice is unavailable, the NBCE will assign the applicant’s second, third or fourth test site choice, if possible. If an examinee reports to a test site other than the one assigned by the NBCE, he or she will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
If applicants withdraw from the examination because they did not receive their test site choice(s), the NBCE’s liability shall be limited to a partial refund of the application fees if the following conditions are met:
- the applicant submits a written request to withdraw from the examination
- the applicant has mailed the written request by the cancellation deadline
Examinees will receive notification of their assigned test site by mail. It is the examinee’s responsibility to report to the test site assigned by the NBCE.
